I didn't see much reason to stay there anymore and have just deleted my account. Not sure if I will ever go back now, as the message boards were a huge part of me using IMDb (even if I read more than I post).

shareI sure did. It wasn't hard for me at all since I only used them for discussion and never bothered with ratings and lists and all that...it was purely a place for me to have conversations. Once that's gone, there is no point for me having/needing one. Adios!

Nope, because I still have all my ratings there, and I intend to continue rating stuff there. Besides, the boards may come back someday, and if they do I can still have my old account.

shareI don't see much reason for deleting my account. I'll still visit the site to check out movie ratings and trivia. I'll occasionally rate a movie as well, and it's nice seeing my history.
