Almost everyone who saw "Avatar", says it is.
But I believe, that this movie won't have the honor to be The Greatest for that long... We have this new Digital 3D movies for just a few years, many more great movies are to come, I believe.
Have you read about some of the in-production movies to come in 3D?

I liked Avatar in 3D, but I still think How to Train Your Dragon in 3D utilized the technology best.
I ducked during the flight sequence, as idiotic as it sounds it was the only time I've found 3D immersive.

Its the best one I've seen so far.I've only seen it, along with Up and A Christmas Carol so far(never got around to seeing HTTYD) and in a couple of weeks I'm seeing RE4, I know that will probably be a *beep* movie but Camerons cameras that shot it won't be, can't wait to see how Anderson shot this horror in 3D.

Tron and Scorseses next one could end up challenging Avatar as the best 3D movie out there.

It was Amazing but there are others that are amazing as well, my favorite is How to train your dragon then Avatar
