3D Horror Movies?

Hey all,

Just wondering if there have been any 3D Horror movies out?

Do you think there is much of a difference?
Is it any more scarier?
What does everyone think? :)

Jason.

You should try the Horror board for a quicker response. I highly recommend Final Destination 5 though. Plenty of stuff coming towards you in that one, its great fun.

My Bloody Valentine 3D (2009) is worth a good look, remake of the film with the same name from the 70's. But good use of 3D.

I liked the 3D that they had in Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991).

I rather liked "Ghostmaker".

Some others i've seen, not all of them are good though:

Madison County
Julia X
Silent Hill Revelation
Amphibious
Texas Chainsaw 3D
Piranha/Piranha 3DD
Saw 3D
Bait
Shark Night
Priest

My Bloody Valentine
Ghostmaker
Nurse 3D (if you're desperate or a Paz de la Huerta fan)
Shark Night
Static
Bait

Avoid Madison County, Apartment 1303 and My Soul to Take. All boring, amateurish movies which not even 3D can make watchable.

^Madison County is indeed total garbage. The kills were so pathetic, it was like they couldn't be bothered finding a retractable knife so they just stabbed blood-filled pillows in close-up then cut to long-distance wide shots of the actors with karo syrup all over them..

PARASITE with a young Demi Moore - www.imdb.com/title/tt0084472/ The 3-D effects were okay but the movie as a whole was lousy.
