Well, The best for me is a cross between EHC (Everybody Hates Chris) or The Bernie Mac show, I cant think of a worst African American TV sitcom.

I don't to much care for The Cleveland Show I just like the theme song. I didn't to much care for The Game even though Tia Mowry was in it. I didn't to much like Girlfriends.

My Wife and Kids and Girlfriends are also among the best (until Girlfriends dropped the character Tony Childs).
Can't really think of a worst either. House of Payne is rather cheesy and the Cleveland Show is pretty bad though. But I don't really count TCS as a black show.
I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way.
I've seen "Girlfirends" and it's actually very well written and acted.
I know a lot of people would say "Brothers" from earlier this year was the worst...but I liked it.
