Wouldn't we have to wait longer to determine what's 'Classic' ?

In regards to the 00's? Many great shows from that decade are just ending.

I think something has to be at least a decade old to be considered "classic". To me, that term in reference to media is something that becomes a fabric of a given culture, that extends beyond the sum of it's original parts.
