I used to watch this show in the early 90's and I learned so much from this show about how to call 911 in case of an emergency. It was cool seeing some of the accidents and story being told some of them creeped me out they were hard to stomach.
shareYeah, we used to always watch episodes of that show in health class. I remember they had funny stories from time to time. In one episode, they received a call from a home and it turned out that a dog somehow speed dialed 911.
shareWHAT?....lol. I'll have to look that one up on youtube. I remember one I was watching it on youtube a few weeks ago about a boy that got is tongue stuck in the refridgerator freezer. His younger sister about 3 or 4 years old had to call 911 for him. The boy was watching his sister I think he was about 13.
shareYes, I used to watch that show whenever it was on. I remember one story where a kid had a fire cracker and it exploded in his hand. That was an unsettling one. At the time I was The only other story that I remember was about some kid that was on a tall wooden barstool and he tilted back too far and, I think, got impaled by a piece of the stool? Or maybe it just fell and he hurt his head or something? I don't really remember. I just remember it was a barstool and he fell.
share@Biruk I remember that one too. A couple of months ago I just had to look that one up on youtube I don't know what made me do it. When I watched it after so long I almost threw up...lol. It was quite grusome. I don't remember the barstool one I do remember this one about a woman and she was moving the chair to her bedroom and got her leg stuck between the wall and the sofa she was moving. The guy neighbor didn't know what was going on thought maybe she was being held hostage or somebody was trying to kill her and then the cops was trying to knock on her door and all they did was move the couch off her leg. The cops actually thought it was kind of humorous after the fact of course.

I remember one where the lady was moving a mattress and got stuck behind it yelling for help. The re-enactments were the best part of the show.
shareI remember that one when I first saw that one as a kid it sent a chill up my spine for some reason that is one part of Rescue 911 I would never forget. I think it was last year sometime I watched the whole thing on youtube and I laughed.
shareYeah I can't believe I used to be transfixed by that show as a kid, I remember the episode about the kid with the firecracker.
