Sol was probably the voice of most of those cartoon characters.
If you're referring to Allan Melvin, that was the same actor on both shows. He also played a recurring role as Archie's pal Barney Heffner on All in the Family.

And yes, Allan Melvin was one of those famous 'ubiquitous' faces (and voices) on television throughout the Sixties and Seventies. There was a time you couldn't turn on the set without seeing or hearing him somewhere. Same with Marty.
