Hello Movie People...Please Help

When I saw this on my facebook page today written by my daughter-in-law concerning my grandson I figured this would be the place to find out the answer. If any of you talented people know how to fix this problem I would be so grateful.

"Anyone with experience using MovieMaker, please, please read this. Alex has a huge project that he has completed but when he tries to save as a movie, he gets an error message saying either there is not enough space or issue with file location. He has confirmed both are fine. We have spent many hours trying all the "fixes" we can find online and none work. It seems to be a very common error and most posts give up trying to fix. If he doesn't get this saved as a movie he cannot turn it in and it's most of their grade for the quarter. HELP!!!!!"

Thanks for any help you can give us.

I am by NO MEANS a "film person" I was here asking a question myself! But I saw your post and saw no one had answered.

So, I punched in MovieMaker to my browser and came up with a lot of different downloads.

But it was this that I saw that might be helpful to you.

It's not good news but at least you might be able to make a decision in going in another direction.

Would be nice if you could somehow (I'm not really a computer person either lol) copy and paste the movie to some other program. Unsure if that's possible but just a thought.

Also, Microsoft has people that have used all kinds of programs and you might get an answer there.
If you go in through Microsoft Office, it and hit the help button it should take you to their website.

If all else fails, another suggestion would be if you have a warranty that includes software help, they will walk you right though fixing it.

I hope your grandson gets his project in.
