The Towering Inferno

The Towering Inferno and Earthquake both opened in my local bijou on the same day. I made the choice to see Earthquake, with its "sense-around gimmick and was terribly disappointed. A real junk film.

After the movie I bought a ticket for The Towering Inferno, which is basically a glossy popcorn thriller but infinitely better than Earthquake. Just bought Towering Inferno on dvd a couple of weeks ago. It's good for multiple viewings, if not too close together, especially on a rainy afternoon when you just can't be roused out of the house.

To God There Is No Zero. I Still Exist.

The first dvd I bought, love the film.

The Long Walk stops every year, just once.

It's my second favorite disaster film, behind THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE and before AIRPORT.
