AUSTIN CITY LIMITS and others?

Started purging my old vhs stuff to make room and admit I'm in a new century.
Found a cassette with notation "Bluegrass" as part of stuff from tv.
Lo and behold, a bunch of A.S.L. and others with live shows of Ralph Stanley and Bill Monroe.
Great to hear folks like Curly Cline; Keith Whitley; Jim&Jesse; Lester Flatt; Mac Wiseman, one more time on tape. Even Jerry Garcia makes comments.

They've all moved away said the voice of a stranger
To a beautiful home by the bright crystal sea.
Some beautiful day, I'll meet them in heaven
Where no one will be a stranger to me.

Hell, ah reckon quite a few have gone to their Reward; GOD bless 'em!

Funny you should mention ACL as I was going through some old VHS tapes a week ago (too much valuble recorded stuff to dispose of) and found a recording (may or may not be Austin City Limits) of the GREAT Roy Clark jamming with blues guitarist Clarence 'Gatemouth' Brown (Little clip on YouTube).
Priceless!
