I am fairly certain the original poster wanted songs with countries in their titles because I saw his post on the music general board. That board is bigger, but this board is better.
"El Salvador" - Garland Jeffreys
"Cambodia" - Kim Wilde

Yes, I misunderstood what the OP intended.
That board is bigger, but this board is better.
Definitely.
However this applies when the board and members are active. A bit slow nowadays though I keep checking once in a few days in case there's an interesting post.
We went through this exercise. See link below, already highlighted by regular Rock Board contributor (*) alpha128.
(*) The Rock Board though is not as active as it used to be, which is slightly a bit of a downer for me.

U.S. Too many
To be honest I never really thought much of having a favourite band according to nation, but above are bands which I immediately can think of when associating with nations.
I have also omitted US since I realize is too many.
My other comment is that it is surprising that there are (comparatively) a lot of rock bands originating from Scandanavia (although I have purposely omitted many since I don't feel they are up to 'favourite' category for me.
Just noticed it's songs. OK I'm in.
Australia- AC/DC- Thunderstruck
Brazil - Sepultura - Refuse/Resist
Canada - Rush - Temple of Syrinx
Germany - The Scorpions - When The Smoke Is Going Down or Fly to the Rainbow or In Trance
Japan - Loudness - Heavy Chains
Sweden - Yngwie Malmsteen - As Above, So Below
UK - Iron Maiden - Hallowed Be Thy Name (live version in Live After Death)
I think this is an interesting subject. But there seems to be a little confusion for some posters. Maybe you could edit the title to something like "favorite songs with countries in their titles".
shareI thought people would just click the link and add to the topic on Music General.
