Law and Order SVU

My wife and myself have been watching this series for sometime now , we were talking about one of the episodes that happen to be a rerun and all how the team with the help of her family got her off the streets and try to make a real life for her. The idea was that in up coming shows to have like little cameos of the people from pasts ones with updates on how things are working out for them or maybe not. Just something to give a little hope that the systems is trying to help some of these ones if they will take it. This could touch the hearts of the viewers instead of all blood, death and all the badness that is in the world. This could be way out in left field it was just a thought, having hope in this world is not a bad thing.

I hear ya. I think it would take a lot of doing, but it might work. Reason being, that out of all the shows in the whole wide world, Law and Order must be the one that people are willing to watch even if they know they've seen it before.
I must say, though I am really getting tired of Liv and her "drama". Get over it huh? She used to be strong and tuff. Now, they have her all ...yuck! I want the strong one back if I'm going to continue to watch it.

However, I just think it has finally run it's course for me.

Unfortunately I dont't get your post quite right I guess. Since I do like the series, I'd be interested in the exact content of your post...could you give a little abstract of the most important part?
