Good Canadian TV series? Crime?

DaVinci's Inquest was a Canadian crime show. Takes place in British Colombia. DaVinci was a coroner who solved crimes, sort of a Quincy without the gore. I think it's off the air now but maybe you can find it on DVD.

A bit dated by now, but good grief "Due South" was loveable.

Unless I'm mistaken, Flashpoint is Canadian. I'm pretty sure they are all reruns now, but I really liked it for awhile. I loved the cast and characters. It does, I must say become same ole same ole after awhile. But until you get to that point, it's a really cool show.

I would recommend Orphan Black. I would say it's semi sy-fi. It's on BBC (Sat. at 9:00 pm). I am not normally a big fan of BBC because of the heavy accents (hard for me to understand). But I gave this one a chance and am really glad I did! I'm not normally a big sy-fi fan either. This one isn't what one would expect if you just sit down and watch it.

It moves pretty fast, not boring. You just might like it!

The Listener, Flashpoint, Murdoch Mysteries. Looking at your list I would guess you will especially like The Listener!

I just got done watching "Intelligence" which was created by the same guy. I absolutely loved it and was thinking about watching "DaVinci's Inquest" as well. Is it as good as "Intelligence"?

I just happened to come across an EXCELLENT Canadian crime series called "Intelligence". I watched all the episodes over the long weekend.

It is a continuing story about drug dealers and the organized crime unit but there are so many players and so many angles it shows the story from. I thought it was fascinating. It reminded me of The Wire.

I HIGHLY recommend it.
