Is there any website that you can submit a photo to that will fix a photo and explain what they did to fix it. i have a picture of my cousin in front of the space needle, and while i can fix the coloring with the space needle, my cousin came out very dark. i was wondering if there was site that can fix it and show me how it is done.
shareBest thing to do is find a Photo editing site like Picasa or Paint Shop Pro and do it yourself. Don't rely on retouching websites to do it for you. Often they cost too much. Best to learn how to do it yourself. Maybe take a course at a community college to learn.

The best way to fix dark areas in a photo is to use "Shadows/Highlights" from the Adjustments tab in Photoshop.
