Would you concider this movie photo an editorial photograph?

It's from a scene in the film Chungking Express. If it isn't suitable for editortial then what kind of photography would it go under?

Need some profession advice.

An editorial is just something written by the editor or owner which reflects the official position of the publication. It's up to the editor to decide if the picture is suitable. Are you sure "editorial" is really what you mean?

Maybe not. I'm going a photography course at the moment. We are learning all about this stuff.
