Question about photography and photoshopping.

What does this mean as an analysis of a pic for photoshopping? These are the results and I'm trying to figure out what was done to alter a photograph.

Photoshopped: contrast adjusted.
Make/Model information is missing.
Image has been compressed to JPEG twice

The contrast was changed in photoshop. The image has been rendered to jpg twice. The more times you compress to jpg, the lower the quality will get.

Make/model information is missing means that the camera's details, for example "Canon 500D" is missing from the properties list/EXIF data of the picture.
