I want to lose 10 pounds on 30 days


I don't want to exercise. I am 15 years old, I weigh 147 pounds. I want to lose about 10 to 20 pounds until Januray 7. How do I do it just with diet?

You should set your goal for longer than 30 days, but eating more fruits and veggies instead of other stuff will pull down the weight. Remember, don't eat as much of other things. When you get hungry make yourself eat fruits and vegies. Salads are okay but be careful of dressings which can have many calories.

I have the same problem except I wish I was 147 lbs. So I heard that dressing isn't good for you, is italian dressing (Fat free) ok? That is something I going to do when I get hungry make me some fruits I plan on making a fruit salad and bring some vegies with me especially at work.

Good. Italian dressing is usually low on calories. I like simply olive oil on salads, too.

1 tablespoon of oil has 120 calories. Not good for salad dressing.
I use heated up low fat refried beans and salsa for my salads. Oil free and it coats up the lettuce really good.
