So I got student of the month I was really shocked and not prepared anyway so after I got my award when I went back to sit down as I sat down my whole body began shaking the girl next to me thought I was having a seizure. Was it the nerves? Just wondering it was weird.
shareFirst of all, it sounds like you really need to chill out... or avoid the coffee!
Secondly, you probably had a surge of adrenaline as you were so excited/shocked and this caused your body to shake. It's part of our 'Fight or Flight' response that makes us such complex animals.
