Stadol (butorphanol tartrate) for pain and other meds?

Has anyone used Stadol (butorphanol tartrate) nasal spray for pain? It's making me nauseated.

Also, how about fentanyl? I had that during a procedure recently and came to without pain. (The pain was unrelated to the procedure.) I can't seem to find anything that works and doesn't cause other problems. Like my muscle relaxer works, but then causes a headache.

I'm not looking for anything that makes me high. I'd like something that works yet would allow me to function normally. It seems narcotic pain meds mostly make me nauseated so that doesn't help much.

I get pain down one side radiating out to lower back at times and mostly neck and head and eye area leading to migraine.
