B or C. I've been told not to floss first because if it's waxed then that can get on your teeth and prevent the brushing and mouthwash from working properly. If I do my entire routine I'll brush with regular brush to get gunk off, then floss, then use a Sonicare toothbrush, then mouthwash with xylitol after which I don't drink anything for thirty minutes.

I floss first. I feel if I floss after cleaning, there will be bits still floating around my mouth that can then move in between my teeth again.

Mouthwash is best used at a time when you can't brush, eg if you are at work or something. Brushing and then immediately using mouthwash will have no real extra benefit.
