I made a big mistake

I had an anal fissure since December 10, and I was using Continell wet wipes since December 10, I stopped using them by January 22 when I found out they have chemicals in them (read from a source the chemicals can cause rashes, colon cancer or anal bleeding). Since Friday night I was using Preparation H wipes because their no chemicals in them.

I saw the doctor recently(January 25) and asked him all my questions, and he says I need to stop using the tucks and only use the cream in the next few days(he gave these directions a month ago).

I forgot to tell him about how I was using Continell wet wipes to wipe my butt for a little over a month. 5 or 6 hours ago (to be specific 6:55pm on Monday night) I felt an extreme pain in my anus which I last felt 2 or 3 weeks ago and this may be due to following the doctor's orders since he doesn't know about the Continell use. Also by 12am the pain got worst and felt the same pain during the early days of the anal fissure (it was mild but now it's worst).

The clinic he works at is open in 7 hours so I have to wait this long until I call the place but I really don't want to wait. I just felt like I needed to tell this to someone.
