I just bought my first inversion table.
I have used inversion off and on for decades. When I use it regularly, my agility, stamina and youthful appearance improve. When I don't use it, my agility, stamina and youthful appearance decline.
I was using the inversion table at my chiropractor's office. But she took it out because she charged her patients to use it and it wasn't making enough money. Overtime, my agility, stamina and youthful appearance declined. She told me I should buy my own. I finally broke down and bought my first inversion table.
I have only used it six times, all in one day. And I already feel better. I think everyone over thirty should regularly use inversion (gravity boots, inversion table).
If you believe in evolution, our spines were originally designed for walking, running and standing on all fours. Standing erect has certainly helped us improve as a species. But overtime, our backbones compress due to gravity and the weight of our heads and upper bodies. This causes compression of our disk and pinching of nerves. This results in loss of agility, stamina, partial paralysis and wrinkles. Inversion reverses this gravity effect on our spines and elongates our backbones, decompressing our disk and unpinching nerves. Resulting in greater agility, stamina and a more youthful appearance.
No, I don't own stock in an inversion company. I just want to share this "magic bullet" with anyone who is willing to listen.
