What does the term 'well-built' mean to you?

With respect to men and women?

Is there a difference when the term is applied to a man and when the term is applied to a woman?

And on a spectrum of thin to fat, where does 'well-built' fit?

Also can you cite an example of a famous well-built man and a famous well-built woman, to best illustrate the term?

Thank you for your time.
