Look, assassins are almost always independent, and their activity or non-activity do not remotely reflect upon the agendas of political fractions. Even in the cases where assassins are not independent, the organisation they belong to are usually small terrorist groups - it is exceedingly rare for one political party to attack another via assassins, I don't care what they say on Game of Thrones.

Example: Anders Behring Breivik was for a brief period a member of the Norwegian Progressive Party. This does not mean that he was acting on their behalf, or that mass murder was on their agenda.
