Civilization Location Game

I just purchased the Rise of Rajas expansion pack for Age of Empires II(My all time favorite video game) and whilst reading through the "History" section I found myself testing my knowledge as to where these civilizations were geographically located. So I thought I would make a little game out of it. Listed below are several civilizations from the game. Can you guess where these Civilizations were generally located? I am leaving out the more obvious one(i.e Britons, Japanese, etc.)

Aztecs
Berbers
Burmese
Byzantines
Goths
Huns
Inca
Khmer
Magyars
Malay
Malians
Mayans
Persian
Saracens
Slavs
Teutons
Turks
Vikings

modern Myanmar, east of the Indian subcontinent

eastern Europe, Balkans, Anatolia, Palestine

not sure but I think Germanic

Huns
east Asian spreading across modern Russia and east Europe, finally settling in the Balkans (Hungary)

Inca
Andes Mtns of western S America

Khmer
associated with Angor Wat, Cambodia

Magyars
also nomads from east central Asia, settling in Hungary

Malay
southeast Asian, Malasian peninsula/Indonesia

Malians
sub-Saharan west Africa

Mayans
central America

Persian
modern day Iran

Saracens
I think they were nomads originating north of the Black Sea then migrating to Anatolia (modern Turkey) and the Middle East

Slavs
western Russia

Teutons
modern Germany

Turks
originated in the trans-Caucasian regions before migrating into Anatolia and the Middle East

Vikings
Scandinavia, primarily Norway and Sweden
