Well, once users start to get to know him, they tend to cease bothering to argue with him. There's no adequate way to answer what motivates people to argue at all let alone with people who've adopted rather a very specific set of world views and created the nomenclature to go with it.

I don't feel that saying the Easter Bunny is a myth is creating a thing in and of itself.
