'Lost' Godzilla movie?

This was posted on the Horror board:

Anybody know about this? The clips look pretty authentic, and the article looks legit, to me.

Oh it's real. I heard about that film a while ago, but I never saw that restored footage before. Thanks for the share! With any luck we might get the whole thing someday.

It looked to me like most of the footage of the military came from 'King Kong vs Godzilla,' but that's not an original sin, for Toho. They re-used footage like that, all the time. What's bugging me is the staging of the Wolfman getting attacked by masers while he's crashing through the woods seems very, very familiar.

I'm thinking it was very much like 'War of the Gargantuas,' but I only have a VHS copy of that one, and no working VCR. I'm not suggesting that they overlaid the Wolfman over the original footage of a different monster; it's just tickling the back of my memory, and I hate not being able to place where I think I've seen it, before.

Does it remind you of any other kaiju footage?

- Crazy. All crazy but I'm.

The forest scene also reminded me of the WotG, but it still looks like the scene is original to this werewolf movie.
