One of the best soaps in the UK, i predict big wins at the award shows! Anyone else a fan? The storylines of late have been incredible!

the neill (dnt think that is spelt right!) story line was amazing last week!!!!! and the bit where his reflection was in the ambulence n the police did not find his body was so gooood!!! yeh he might be dead n they can't find it but he might be alive and come back in a year or at christmas....!!! soooo good!
shareI used to watch EastEnders ritualistically. I absolutely loved it circa 2002 when the Slaters were at their peek. But now I think it's gone really stupid and predictable, and I think it's really unfair that they're constantly sweeping the boards at awards. The only good actors in the show are Jake Wood (Max) Jo Joyner (Tanya), June Brown (Dot) and Samantha Janus (Ronnie). Everyone else is fairly awful, and I don't think Hollyoaks gets the recognition it deserves for being well written, well acted and entertaining. I was really pleased it swept the boards at the British Soap Awards because it deserved to, though as usual EastEnders won Best Soap.
