are in Spring, the sign of Aries.

It's odd we get the news this week of GUIDING LIGHT's impending cancellation.

It's AS THE WORLD TURNS anniversary.

Had Procter & Gamble kept them running, THE EDGE OF NIGHT would be celebrating it's 53rd birthday, along with AS THE WORLD TURNS.

SOMERSET's anniversary was just a few days ago, March 30th. It would be turning 39 this week.

ANOTHER WORLD's will be next month in May. It would have been turning 45.

I know, I know, ratings and ad revenues are important, but I still miss these fine soaps and I hate how GENERAL HOSPITAL (at one time, my absolute favorite) has turned into the "Sonny Show" and a grainy daytime version of THE SOPRANOS.
