Anyone know the name of this?
This is a difficult one
. I found an excerpt on an old VHS (had obviously been recorded over at some point) of what appears to be from a US miniseries. I would say it was from the mid 90s. I don't think it was from a film. Anyway it seems that there is a really bad storm or bad weather conditions at least; and something to do with an appartment block. The scene I had was in an appartment block, with a woman rushing inside. I know it not a lot to go on BUT can anyone help with the title.
