Hi just wondering if any guys are watching "General Hospital"?? on ABC.I like the mob story lines {my favorite movie is: The Godfather};and the humor and acting is good too.Just for the record i'm an 54 year old fan of the show.

Yes - and I watch it for the same reason that you do. I enjoy the mob wars and the "tough" characters of Corinthos and Morgan, as well as the adversaries they contend with. Other characters are good too and I agree that they have good humor on the show. Spinelli and Maxi are great together, for example - very funny.
I tune in the show off and on (on the Soap Net channel) if there is a storyline that interests me. The only thing about GH, to me, is that they occasionally do truly preposterous plots (not merely the unlikely, which is the usual province of soaps) - for example, thawing out a frozen Stavros a few years back. That's a good example of a preposterous plot! Also, I tend to tune out on scenes where characters are in dialogue in which they are sort of just drowning in their problems. I prefer action and intrigue, which the mob storylines provide - that's why I keep tuning in.
I have gotten back to watching it every day again and am, once again, hooked.
