How was she created and what was her ultimate fate?

If I remember correctly, she was created by a "mad scientist" of sorts who had already cloned a couple of cats named Remus and Romulus. The clone eventually died of old age because she ingested some growth acceleration formula.

I ALWAYS HATED THAT STORYLINE BECAUSE IT KIND OF COINCIDED WITH THE DEPARTURE OF CYNTHIA WATROS (ANNIE)...BUT-ALWAYS-HAVE LOVED THE GREAT REVA SHAYNE!
