In the latter '80s, Iva Snyder revealed Lily Walsh was really her daughter from when her cousin Rod Landry (or Josh Snyder) raped her when she was 13.

Lily was now a young woman.

With all the Bill Cosby charges and declarations of the statute of limitations, so these women can't file rape charges against him because it has been too long, I began wondering about the Iva and Josh situation.

By comparison to Roman Polanski, his victim, like Rod's, was underage.

So does anyone recall why Margo Hughes and Hal Munson didn't arrest Rod for child molesting in the case of Iva, regardless of whether or not she didn't want to press charges? She was underage.
