Potential Emmy nominations
Who are we looking at to be nominated in the Comedy categories? I wouldn't be surprised if The Comedians got nominated for some stuff. And I also won't be surprised of Modern Family wins Outstanding Comedy Series for the SIXTH time. I never saw The Comedians, but Modern Family is awesome.
I've always been hoping that Patricia Heaton will be nominated for The Middle, but she never is. No one from The Middle ever gets nominated.
I'm also expecting the second season of Orange is the New Black to be nominated. I know that season 3 started on June 12, but the Academy will probably save that for next year. I assume that if OITNB is nominated, then it will be for season 2.
If there is something from the drama category that I'm hoping gets nominated, it's Connie Britton for Nashville. She was nominated for season 1 and I was bummed out that she didn't win, but I also wasn't surprised that Claire Danes won that year. I just hope that Connie Britton gets another nomination. Maybe other actors from Nashville for that matter. Hayden Panettiere has two Golden globe nominations. How about give her an Emmy nomination?
