I posted on need to know, but want to go more specialized in my search

This was either Alfred Hitchcock presents or Agatha Christie Mysteries type show. There is a rich couple that hates each other. Maybe they were not married but related in another way. They are having diner and they are waiting for some people to arrive. While they are waiting for everyone to arrive, the group of 4 (it was an older man and woman and a younger man and woman) constantly seem to betray and even kill one another. A gun is involved, trying to get someone to smoke a cyanide laced cigarette is involved, maybe even poisoned food or food they are allergic to?. After all of this back and forth, I think it was down to the old man and woman. After he kills her the police are coming. You hear the sirens outside and the flashing light. The man starts to have a heart attack from fear of going to jail (he was in poor health) and then when the police arrive and come inside, you find out it is only the young man holding a flashing police light and a siren bull horn. I believe that the young man tricks the woman into smoking the poison cigarette or maybe he outright kills her. He takes the money and heads for a charter plan the two had already arranged. When he gets to the plane, the pilot asks him where the other passenger is and he says, change of plans. After he gets on, the pilot looks into the camera and says something to the effect of, his aunt (the old woman) told him that if anyone got on the plane without her, kill them once the plane was in the air.

Perhaps the couple were old crime partners and they were using the two young people to help them for one last heist. While they were waiting , they kept worrying that someone was caught or double crossing them. I remember that everything I saw took place in that house, until the end where the man boards the plane. At first they make you think the young people will betray the older couple, then they have it seem like the men are teamed up against the women, then it seems like each older person has influenced the younger person of the opposite sex. Each time you see a person killed in a double cross, it turned out to be a rouse until the final killings.
