I've just watched Picnic at Hanging Rock, loved it and I'd like to start a list of similar movies, I mean mysteries that don't have solutions. For instance:

Blowup
Mr. Klein
Mulholland Drive

Arguably Cache (Hidden). The final scene may indicate the resolution, but there is debate around that.
