Aren't those Swiffer ads kind of creepy?

Think about it: those people are in their homes, talking about what kind of mess is it. Then, all of a sudden, that Swiffer device that they need is on their doorstep. Those people are being spied on! Next, those people will be using the Swiffer to clean up the blood from the crime scene that happens at their home.

I see that less with Swiffer and more with Clorox. Chlorox has the ads where someone does something messy and germy, then they cut to the bottle of bleach and voiceover, "Tough jobs demand Chlorox" or something similar. I'd like to see someone who is good at video editing take some footage from one of the crime shows of a really messy murder taking place in a bathroom or at least on a tile floor and splice it together with the tail of the Chlorox commercial.

That actually reminds me of one of my favorite Seinfeld Jokes. Something along the lines of, "You see these laundry commercials, detergents getting out blood from your clothes. Seems to me if you have blood all over your shirt, laundry should be the last thing you're worried about!"

Two logical, yet harmless explanations for bloody shirts:
1. You're a butcher.
2. You're a surgeon.
