Who do you think would win in a catfight (if they were real women)?

Let's not leave out Cortana. All three of them undoubtedly monitor this site and you don't want to cause any inferiority complexes. It wouldn't surprise me if some geek or group of nerds hasn't already created an App for instigating an argument between these virtual librarians (that's how I picture them).

In answer to your query, I believe that Samantha (Scarlett Johansson/Her/2013) would win.

Hahahaha..what we need is a movie about a sinister Siri like voiced by Jenny Slate (Mayor Bellwether, Marcel the Shell).
