Samsung 50' Plasma, Noise Question

I have a Samsung 50" plasma and recently ive been hearing a slight click at the back of the tv now and again.
It even does it after i have switched it off.
Now, is this the fans inside? could it just be the unit its sitting on (as it is quite heavy)?
is it normal?

If the clicking occurs primarily right after turning the TV on and off, it is likely that you are hearing parts rubbing together during heat expansion and contraction. These noises can continue for quite some time after turning the TV off.
