Hey I was wondering how do I buy price tag apps on galaxy s 2 not free apps

i want to know payment option does it allow paypal or sumthing cause it funded by google just wondering how can i do it cause saw game look good

Paying for an App from Google Play? I've never paid for one, but I imagine that when you tap on the price to confirm it gets charged to your monthly bill/if you have enough credit on your pay as you go.
