A cheap mobile phone that can?..

I'm looking for a cheap mobile phone with the following features:

1. Custom ring tones for different numbers.
2. Does not vibrate when ringing, or this is optional at least.
3. You can set your own ring and message tone (for example an MP3 file).
4. Has a headphone socket which will allow the phone to ring through an external speaker.
5. Can be left on charge and plugged in 24/7 for years (I know it'll probably die eventually), I'm not sure if this is dangerous at all?

It doesn't have to be touch screen or fancy, or new even, basically I just want a phone to ring if my vehicle GPS tracker texts or phones though a loudspeaker to alert me that someone is trying to thieve my car.

I know there must be many which can do this but I'm not sure where to start looking there are so many phones out there and not all features are always listed.

If anyone can help that'll be great thank you.

Pre-paid or contract? What carrier? What country?

Any new phone will fill all of those requirements.

Pay as you go, is that the same as pre-paid? Since I won't be making any out-going calls or texts on it, or very rarely. The carrier doesn't really matter. And UK.

As Progeny said, pretty much any phone will meet those requirements. I'm not sure about the leaving it plugged in for years thing (do you really need that or were you just hyperbolizing?), but custom ringtones, ringing and listening to phone calls through headphone jack, and optional vibration are all common features.

I've never tried leaving a phone plugged in for years, but the only likely thing I can see happening is that the battery's life would diminish when unplugged. But as long you kept it plugged in, you'd be fine. This happened to me with an iPod. I would always use it in my car, plugged in to power. The battery lost it's ability to stay charged, but as long as I have it plugged in, it still works just fine.

And I used to be such a nice guy.
