Samsung Galaxy S3. Had S1 (original) 2 years ago and I loved it. Upgraded to S3 recently. Amazing phone, which blows S1 out of the water, and we're all getting Jellybean software update (some countries already have it) soon.

HTC One series is fantastic. Im with T mobile and had to choice between HTC One S and SG3 which I chose. I went with the SG3 because I wanted something different than HTC Sense UI. I've had 3 HTC device before.
Im very pleased I chose Samsung.
Tmobile is getting the international QUAD CORE version of the ONE X soon!
(thats why I love Tmo. They are more of an intl. company)
But I'll stick with the SG3 as long as I can.
