HOW TO REPLACE A STEREO PLUG


I HAVE REPLACED MY STERE PLUG TWICE WITH A new plug and the plug has blown up both times what am i doing wrong

What kind of plug? AC power? Headphone? Phase-coupled activator? Interocitor with electron sorting?

IT SAYS ON THE PLUG 5a IN THE TOP LEFT HAND CORNER AND HCJ SE-5 IN THE TOP RIGHT
it has a svb sign in the bottom left and it says bs1363/a in the middle under the fuse and the 14 in the bottom right

Are you talking about a power cord, then? What model is your stereo?
