Trying to record skype using Audacity

I have a Toshiba with Windows 7. I watched a tutorial that said I needed to go to my sound options, right click, and check 'show disabled devices'; however, I did that and nothing new popped up.

What is my next step?

I have a Toshiba satellite a505-s6960.
