Help needed -- making sure an item is dual voltage

I'm not too up on my electrical terms, so I want to run this by people who know their stuff.

I have an item that is not exactly audio/home theater equipment but is music related all the same -- it's a recording unit that I bought and made use of in the USA, and now I've brought it with me to the UK.

It may need to be used via a step-down converter, as of course US voltage is 120/120v and in the UK/British Isles it's 240.

However, in the user manual it says this:

"Power Supply: 120VAC 60Hz, 230V~50/60Hz (AC inlet type)"

Does that mean my unit is in fact dual voltage? Sorry if it's a dumb question but as I say, I'm not savvy with terms used and I don't want to plug my unit in only to fry it. When I bought it I didn't have to worry about whether or not it was dual voltage as I had not planned on ever having to use it in the UK. But now we're here.

I still have the original power cable (it's not a power supply-type one but just a straight-ahead cable with US plug) and can simply use a plug adaptor with it, if my unit is dual after all.

I know this is old, but yes, it means the unit is dual voltage. However, you'll find a switch to change it.
