NTSC/PAL Portable DVD Player
I have a friend going on vacation in a few weeks and he wants to pick up a Portable DVD Player that can switch between NTSC and PAL format discs, and he wants to know what is the best one that can do that?
shareA tablet or laptop, if they need to play discs directly instead of ripping them to mkv. AnyDVD or DVDfab or makemkv will be helpful.
