You all should make a list of your Friends (and others)
Profile page links in a Notepad file
WE will not be able to find them on the Boards
and PMS will be gone too
Those that goto one or more of those Other Message Board sites
should add a link to their Name there in the Profile page here
maybe add e-mail address too ?

Col, are you looking to facilitate some form of private communication in the future,
or is it a thing of the past? As much as I hate to see the boards go,
I'd venture that the most substantial blow to our forthcoming IMDb experience
(in which we get to keep our profiles)
will be the sudden and complete inability to engage other,
like-minded people on a one-on-one basis

You can already place contact information,
including anonymous email addresses,
in your profile text which is not going away.
We may look at providing additional (optional) fields
specifically for different kinds of contact information
such as email and social media handles.
