Role: Californian who will travel to Oregon and Washington State.

UVision Film (aka UVision Unlimited) production (specializing in features and documentaries) seeks well-qualified Line Producer for part time, and possible full time position overseeing multiple projects, including feature, documentaries, narrative projects, etc. The crew is small (two people) so everyone is called upon to contribute, to full time salary, you will get a nice bonus when budget is available, per project.

Starting the company from ground up and is planning to film in numerous locations beginning July 2014 for the film "Ghost of Hangman's Bridge" in Washington State.

Europe is in the works for the docu-drama "Great While It Lasted".

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee daily production schedule and activities.
- Secure all pre-production, production and distribution requirements.
- Prepare all paperwork related to production (contracts, deal memos, permits, etc.)
- Budget and schedule projects.
- Source equipment and suppliers
- Select crew members and talent with Producer (Some people are already attached.)
- Collaborate closely with Producer to ensure production is on time and within budget per project.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as Line Producer with solid relationships in non-fiction arena in film (crew and production contacts).
- Effective writing, organization, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, self-starter, strong communication skills, and ability to create a fun working environment for crew and talent alongside director.
- Ability to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends, and travel as needed.
- Since of HUMOR a must.
