Alternative format dissertation

Anyone else done one in the arts?, and what did you do?

In the UK, it is still unusual to have an alternative format dissertation. If you want to do this, make sure you get full approval from your tutor before you start. Even very liberal and progressive organisations have strict rules for such formal documents.

They have basically been trying to push the alternative format and would rather it is used, or that's the gist I got from the briefing. Proposal pitch goes in on 6th May, so I don't have that long to decide

That's a very forward-looking institution you are at then. That's a very good thing. I don't have any experience of them so I can't help though, sorry.
