Asking for the name of a movie I saw in the early 80s.

I was young, so I don't remember the name, but it was an unrealistic fantasy type of movie, and there was a scene where one of the fighters made himself grow really large into a giant.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Did the guy wear a turbin,and did his arms grow to 10 ft long?If so it's probably the Flying Guillotine.

If the guy who grew into a giant was a prison warden you could be thinking of Ricky-O: The Story of Ricky.
